common questions

Does it hurt?
New topical anesthetics have been developed especially for permanent eyeliner, eyebrows and lip color procedures. These topical creams are applied to the desired area before and during the procedure, to assure you the most comfortable experience possible.

How long does it last?
Permanent makeup is long lasting. However, as you become accustomed to your new makeup, it's not uncommon to want more. If some fading occurs, you may want to freshen up your new makeup every few years. The darker the color, the longer it will stay unchanged in your skin. Natural, delicate colors are often more vulnerable to the effects of the sun, swimming and natural absorption by the body.

Can the color be removed?
It is possible with laser treatments or someone specializing in tattoo removal. Take advantage of your consultation to discuss your individual needs. Together we can choose the right colors and style, and discuss any special requests or needs you may have.

What can I expect?
The results immediately following the procedure will appear somewhat darker and more pronounced for the first few days. Immediately after the procedure, you may experience slight swelling or redness but there is rarely any discomfort. Within the week, the excess pigment is sloughed off leaving a soft and natural look.
